By accessing and using MiniPurse ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

MiniPurse provides a personal finance management platform that allows users to track expenses, manage budgets, and analyze financial data. The Service is provided 'as is' and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; all activities that occur under your account; notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access; providing accurate and complete information; and keeping your account information up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; upload malicious code or viruses; impersonate another person or entity; collect or store personal data about other users; or use automated systems to access the Service without permission.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MiniPurse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

You retain all rights to the financial data and content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not sell or share your financial data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your billing period.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for any loss of data. We strongly recommend that you regularly export and back up your financial information. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniPurse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not a financial advisor and do not provide financial advice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MiniPurse and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the Last updated date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
